General:
Justin was born in Southern Illinois in 1980 and during these childhood years he developed a deep appreciation for the value of education in the development of humans and society as a whole. Building on this appreciation, Justin has devoted his career to the study and progression of education, particularly through the use of educational law and policy.
Justin has worked with local, state, national, and international education entities specializing in educational law and policy. Justin has specific knowledge in such educational areas as special populations within schools, educational governance, educational finance, educational leadership preparation and parent and student rights.
